Make Social — AI-powered social content, generated from your brand. Make Social writes copy, creates images, and organizes your content strategy in calendar and kanban views.

Make Social generates on-brand social media content with AI and gives marketing teams a real workflow to plan, organize, and ship it.

The Challenge

Marketing teams and agencies spend a disproportionate amount of time on the repetitive parts of social content: writing copy variations, producing on-brand images, and tracking what’s scheduled versus what’s still a draft across a dozen accounts. Generic AI writing tools produce content with no memory of a brand’s voice or visual identity, and generic scheduling tools have no idea how to generate anything — they just organize what a human already made. Teams needed both halves in one place: generation that actually understands the brand, and a planning view built for content instead of tasks.

What We Built

An AI content platform that connects brand identity directly to content generation and planning:

  • Brand-aware generation — copy and images generated from a brand’s established voice and visual identity, not generic prompts
  • Calendar view — see everything scheduled across accounts and platforms at a glance
  • Kanban view — track content through idea, draft, review, and scheduled stages
  • Copy and image generation in one flow — go from a content idea to publish-ready copy and visuals without switching tools
  • Strategy organization — group content by campaign, platform, or theme so a content strategy stays visible, not scattered across documents

Technical Approach

Make Social is built around a brand profile that anchors every generation request — tone, voice, and visual style are captured once and applied consistently across every piece of copy and imagery the platform produces, rather than being re-specified prompt by prompt. Content generation and content planning share the same underlying data model, so a generated draft moves directly into the calendar or kanban board instead of being exported and re-imported between separate tools.

The calendar and kanban views are two projections of the same content records, letting teams switch between a time-based and a workflow-based view of the same pipeline depending on what they’re trying to see.

Architecture Decisions

We treated the brand profile as the core object in the system, with generation and scheduling built as capabilities on top of it, rather than treating AI generation as a bolt-on feature. That ordering is what keeps generated content on-brand by default instead of requiring heavy manual editing after the fact.

Supporting both calendar and kanban views from one underlying content model was a deliberate choice — different roles on a marketing team think in different views, and forcing everyone into a single interface would have meant losing either the marketers who plan by date or the ones who plan by pipeline stage.

Results

Make Social gives marketing teams and agencies a single workflow that goes from brand identity to published content, cutting out the back-and-forth between separate generation and scheduling tools. Content stays consistent with the brand by default, and teams get a clear view of their content strategy instead of a folder of drafts and a separate scheduling spreadsheet.
