Fala Estates — Website for a boutique real estate agency in Puerto Escondido — luxury property listings, plot showcases, and a conversion-optimized browsing experience for homes, plots, and land in prime coastal locations.

Fala Estates is a boutique real estate agency in Puerto Escondido, and needed a website that could sell luxury coastal property to a buyer browsing from thousands of miles away.

The Challenge

Buyers looking at property in a destination market like Puerto Escondido are almost always evaluating from a distance, sight unseen for most of the process. That puts enormous weight on how listings are presented — photography, plot details, and location context have to do the work a local walkthrough normally would. Fala Estates needed a site that could make homes, plots, and land feel tangible and desirable without the buyer ever setting foot on the property first.

What We Built

A conversion-focused real estate site built around remote buyer confidence:

  • Luxury property listings — homes presented with the visual quality expected at this price point
  • Plot and land showcases — undeveloped listings given the same care as finished homes, with clear boundary and location context
  • Prime coastal positioning — the site built to highlight location as a core selling point
  • Conversion-optimized browsing — a listing experience designed to move a remote buyer toward an inquiry
  • Boutique agency feel — the design reflecting a smaller, more personal agency rather than a generic listings portal

Technical Approach

We built the listings experience around large, high-quality imagery per property, with structured details (plot size, location, pricing) presented cleanly alongside rather than buried in long-form copy. Browsing was optimized for a buyer comparing multiple properties in one session, since that’s the realistic use case for someone evaluating a purchase remotely.

Architecture Decisions

We deliberately avoided the dense, filter-heavy UI of large listings portals — Fala Estates’ inventory is boutique, not high-volume, so the site favors a curated browsing feel over a search-and-filter tool built for scale it doesn’t need.

Results

Fala Estates now has a website built to sell coastal property to buyers who won’t see it in person until they’re ready to commit — turning remote browsing into serious inquiries for homes, plots, and land in Puerto Escondido.
